How Dr. Viatecheslav Moshe Kantor Continues to Impact the World Through His Guidance and Charitable Works
Dr. Moshe Kantor is among the world’s most powerful Jewish leaders in Europe currently and is engaged in significant leadership roles in uplifting the European Jewry all over the world.
Being the leader of the International Luxembourg Forum on Preventing Nuclear Catastrophe, a non-governmental organization, Dr. Kantor has attracted other prominent leaders to take up the duty of preventing the spread of atomic weapons.
The primary aim of this NGO is to educate different countries such as the Middle East, Korean Peninsula and South Asia about their current situation through their political leaders, diplomats, and researchers.
In 2008, Dr. Viatecheslav Moshe Kantor established an independent organization in Europe referred to as The European Council on Tolerance and Reconciliation whose primary goal is to encourage people to endure the existence of opinions, beliefs, practices and racial or ethnic origins in addition to reconciling people around the globe.
Since Dr. Moshe Kantor is the head of this self-governing body, he unities other prominent European heads of state where they come up with useful recommendations that can be applied in different regions and all over the world to improve interfaith and different ethnic group dialogue. It is on this forum he promotes tolerance, fights racism and xenophobia as well as anti-Semitism.
Since 2007, Dr. Kantor has been the president of the European Jewish Congress having been re-elected in the year 2012 and 2016. In his governance in EJC, he attempts to improve the lives of the Jewish People by presenting their complaints, and also he is at the forefront advocating for peace.
This foundation has also enabled the young generation to research about their art, music, and literature at the Kantor Centre for the Study of Contemporary European Jewry which he established in 2010 at the Tel-Aviv University.
Since Dr. Moshe Kantor adores Holocaust Education he launched two commemoration organizations namely; the World Holocaust Forum and the European Jewish Fund.These two panels seek to preserve the memories of the tragic events that happened in the 20th century. In addition to that, through these two associations, the Jews are satisfied with their individuality and their lives are better off now that Dr. Moshe Kantor took the task of uplifting their lives.
Besides, Dr. Moshe Kantor is a philanthropic person who gives back to the community for things he believes in on the continent. Due to this fact, Dr. Moshe Kantor has started several programs to support these events where one of them is referred to as the Kantor Charitable Foundation, which he initiated in 2007.The Anna Freud Centre is another program that he funds that aim at changing the lives of kids, teenagers as well as their parents who are experiencing psychological issues.
